The main ingredient in our easy avocado spread recipe is the avocado itself.

It is therefore very important to choose the right and fresh one, so that the spread itself is tasty and fresh.

The avocado should be inspected thoroughly. It should have no signs of damage to the outer skin. It should be slightly soft when gently squeezed, but not too soft.

This inner green fruit has been very popular lately. No wonder. It is a superfood that should not be missing from any diet.

By eating avocados, our body gets a lot of beneficial minerals and vitamins.

It contains vitamins like A, B, C, D, E, K. Among them are also great sources of antioxidants.

Among the minerals, thanks to avocados, our body gets potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, calcium, zinc and iron.

This excellent combination of vitamins and minerals has made avocados a superfood.

There is even more potassium in avocados than in bananas. Potassium has a positive effect on our circulatory system, lowers blood pressure and also helps to eliminate unnecessary substances from the body.

Antioxidants contribute to good eye and skin health. These vitamins also help fight cancer.

It also contains fibre, which helps in proper digestion. Fibre helps in cleansing the intestines as it helps our body to get rid of harmful substances and poisons. It thus protects the large intestine in particular.

Folic acid, vitamin B9, makes us calmer and healthier. This substance has a positive effect on the nervous system, bone and hair health.

Overall, the combination of these vitamins is beneficial in strengthening immunity, which protects us from various diseases. Some of them also have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects.

The healthy fat content of avocados, in addition to adjusting blood cholesterol levels, also promotes a feeling of satiety, which is very useful when dieting.

This healthy recipe also contains another exceptional ingredient, namely garlic.

This is a popular vegetable that is also used, for example, in home medicine. Thanks to its content of essential oils, minerals such as potassium, manganese and calcium, as well as vitamins A, B, C, D and K, it helps fight germs.

It is antibacterial, helps with flu, respiratory infections and generally boosts immunity.

It also has a beneficial effect on digestion and improves gallbladder function.

People with low blood pressure problems should be careful about the amount of garlic they consume, as garlic lowers blood pressure.
