Our recipe for baked pasta with chicken and broccoli is very simple to prepare. It will also please our digestion, which is tense. It can be prepared in different healthy and fit variants.

Chicken is very variable to prepare and is therefore clearly one of the most popular on the market. It also contains plenty of vitamins and especially protein. Its lightness also makes it one of the most popular diet foods.

It contains large amounts of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and zinc.

It also contains the beneficial niacin, which is a great help in energy production and maintaining healthy skin and a well-functioning digestive tract.

Folic acid is also beneficial, especially in pregnancy and in promoting fertility. However, its effects on heart, vascular and circulatory health make it suitable for both sexes. It also has positive effects on digestion and the body's overall immunity.

Among the vitamins found in chicken meat are B6, B12, A, E, D2, D3, D7.

Chicken meat is especially popular among athletes because its composition promotes muscle growth, strengthens bones and has overall beneficial effects on immunity.

Men find it useful for its help in testosterone production, but women also find it beneficial for premenstrual symptoms.

Broccoli is known as a great source of vitamin C. Vitamins found in it include vitamins A, B complex, vitamin H and K. Beta-carotene, calcium, iron, selenium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur and chromium are also represented.

The greatest weapon of broccoli is its antioxidant content, which helps it fight cancer and inflammation. It also helps in the prevention of cancer, especially lung cancer in smokers, colon cancer and uterine cancer.

It is best to use a good quality whole wheat semolina pasta for the recipe. It is a harder wheat with a higher gluten, vitamin and mineral content. Special quality whole wheat pasta works for proper digestion and better satiety. Semolina pasta is rich in fiber and protein, vitamins B and E. It enriches our body with magnesium, phosphorus, iron, calcium, potassium or zinc.

Raw materials

  • 1 egg
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 400 g pasta
  • 160 g mozzarella
  • 250 g Greek yoghurt or cooking cream
  • black pepper
  • ground sweet paprika
  • basil
  • olive oil
  • salt

Recipe for baked pasta with chicken and broccoli

1. First we can have the pasta cooked.

2. While the pasta is cooking, wash, clean and cut the meat into smaller cubes.

It is best to let the meat marinate in milk and spices for a few hours before cooking. It is then tender and juicy.

3. Place the washed broccoli in hot, salted water and break it into smaller pieces.

4. Cut the onion into small cubes, which can be fried in olive oil. When it is golden brown, add the chopped meat.

5. Meanwhile, you can also slice the cheese thinly and clean the garlic. Mix the smashed garlic in a jar with the egg, spices and yoghurt.

You can add 100 g of grated smoked cheese for taste.

6. When the meat has turned white and is almost done, remove it from the heat. Drain the already cooked pasta and cover with olive oil.

7. Drain the cooked broccoli and cut it into small pieces.

8. Mix the pasta, meat and broccoli in a baking dish greased with olive oil. If you decide to add smoked cheese, you can add it too.

9. Arrange the mozzarella slices on top and pour the yogurt, garlic and egg mixture over everything.
