Horner's syndrome and its treatment
The treatment of Horner's syndrome is always individual and tailored to the disease of the affected person that caused Horner's syndrome
It therefore goes hand in hand with the treatment of the causative disease.
There is therefore no specific treatment. It consists only in eliminating the cause of the disease that caused Horner's syndrome. This will alleviate the triad of symptoms.
In general, the likelihood of a positive outcome increases if the disease is treated early.
However, if there is no improvement in the symptoms of Horner's syndrome after treatment of the causative disease, it is essential to find out the other causes of the symptomatology.
Prevention of this disease is essentially non-existent, since it arises as a consequence of another disease.
