PhDr. Mgr. Jana Cimbalová, PhD.

I graduated from the secondary medical school in Žilina. After graduation I started studying at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Applied Sciences in Košice in the field of nursing. During my studies I worked at the L. Pasteur University Hospital as a nurse in the neurosurgical ICU and then as a nurse in the ICU of the Clinic of Haematology and Oncohaematology. During my work as a nurse, I was constantly seeking knowledge and I completed my specialisation studies in adult intensive care at the SZU in Bratislava, as well as the rigorosum procedure and subsequently completed my doctoral studies in nursing. In addition to my work and studies, I also worked as a teacher of professional practice at the St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in Košice, where I was able to pass on my experience to female students in the medical field. I like to devote my free time to my family and spending time in the outdoors , as well as furthering my education.
