PharmDr. Nikola Chomaničová, PhD.

The Faculty of Pharmacy at Comenius University in Bratislava provided me with a lot of useful knowledge in the field of medicines and health. After successfully completing my master's degree in 2017, I continued my rigorous and doctoral studies at this faculty. As a PhD student, I was happy to participate in many educational activities. These included teaching pharmacology, clinical pharmacotherapy, pathology and physiology. I have attended several national and international conferences promoting the acquisition of new knowledge in the fields of pharmacy and medicine. I successfully completed my PhD in Pharmacology in 2021. I also like to deepen my knowledge in the areas of sports and healthy nutrition. I am currently engaged in scientific activities and work in a pharmacy. In my spare time, I have enjoyed painting, dancing and writing texts of different genres since a very young age. Writing articles for Health Week is an opportunity for me to combine my leisure hobbies with my acquired expertise.
